This Agreement is a legal contract between Skincareglows, a Michigan-based company, and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability; however, errors may occasionally occur. Skincareglows reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update or cancel orders as necessary.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Products may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable at any time.

7. Payment and Fees

All transactions on our Site must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 for orders under $100 and offer free shipping for orders over $100 (within the USA).
All fees are due immediately and non-refundable except as otherwise provided in our Refund Policy.

8. Refund Rights

If your product is not shipped or delivered within fourteen (14) days after purchase, you may request a refund of the transaction amount by contacting us at info@skincareglows.com or mailing a written request to our address below.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

9. Electronic Communications and Disclosures

By using our services, you consent to receive all communications electronically, including invoices, notices, and disclosures.
If you withdraw consent for electronic communication, we may terminate your account or your participation in certain programs.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
